Summary: | FIELD: inorganic compounds technology. SUBSTANCE: high-silicon silica-containing raw material, in particular ash-and-slag waste, is melted in reductive medium, melt is separated into metal and silicate parts, and the latter is subjected to impact cooling. Resulting alumina-containing silicate foam is supplemented by dilute sulfuric acid to form aluminum sulfate solution, which is separated from solid residue, evaporated and decomposed by heating. Remaining solid residue is used as stabilized raw material for manufacturing ceramic materials. EFFECT: simplified process. 2 cl |
