FIELD: manufacture of complex sections with three dimensional curvature by gasostatic molding in mode of superplastic yielding of material. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of creating local zones of increased resistance against plastic deformation in fluid-tight inner pack of sheet blanks; forming outer pack and sealing it along perimeter; connecting cavities with gas source through unions and supplying pressurized gas; shaping panel structure and realizing diffusion welding of sheets of outer and inner packs; mounting additional union for cavity of inner pack on opposite end relative to main union; at curing during diffusion welding, filling cavity of inner pack through main union with polymeric pellets while maintaining increased gas pressure in said cavity and simultaneously cooling cavity until temperature lower than that of softening polymeric pellets; reducing pressure in cavity for foaming pellets.
