SUBSTANCE: proposed device is made in form of muffle with longitudinal slot in its lower portion at the side; mounted at inlet of said muffle is burner with axis of working nozzle oriented at angle of 40-50 deg. relative to longitudinal axis of muffle; it is mounted at inclination of 3-10 deg. downward relative to level towards inlet; burner is mounted for motion along longitudinal slot of muffle.
