Summary:FIELD: medicine, juvenile surgery. SUBSTANCE: from the edge of right rectus muscle of abdomen towards the upper external spina of ilium's wing 3 cm below the edge of the 12th rib one should made a cutaneous incision of 3.5-4 cm length. Parallel to the edge of right rectus muscle of abdomen 2-2.5 cm apart one should made an incision of aponeurosis of external, internal oblique and cross- sectional muscle of abdomen at its length being 4 cm. The blade of retroperitoneoscope is introduced into the obtained cross-shaped access by placing above hepatic parenchymous rupture. Then one should observe I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII hepatic segments by inserting the blade of retroperitoneoscope into abdominal cavity towards the left hypochondrium perpendicularly the rectus muscle of abdomen. After that the handle of retroperitoneoscope is turned in an anti-clockwise direction parallel to hepatic surface up to the right hypochondrium.
