Summary:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: needle has main, intermediate and working metal tubes inserted into one another. Tubes are adapted for passage through inner section of trocar. Working tube end proximal to patient is curved at right angle to plane extending perpendicular to maximal elliptical section of working tube sharpened end proximal to patient. Diameter of annular restricting stop positioned at curved portion is equal to or less than diameter of trocar inner section. Distal end of needle is terminated with impact absorbing silicone tip having inner diameter adapted for disposable injection syringe cannula. Needle is used for treating and intraoperative diagnosis of hepatobiliary region diseases, in particular, as device for contrasting investigation of extrahepatic and intrahepatic biliary tracts without wide opening of bile cyst cavity and insertion of catheter into gap between bile cyst tract and hepaticodochotomy. EFFECT: simplified performing of operations, reduced probability of iatrogeny and bile infection of abdominal cavity and provision for preventing contrasting substance from flowing from bile cyst and tract system into abdominal cavity. 2 dwg
