FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of preparation of mixture to grow new class of well ordered four-component compounds of gallosilicates with structure of calcium gallogermanate (Ca3Ga2Ge4O14). According to invention oxides of elements included in composition of grown monocrystal Ca3MeGa3Si2O14, where Me is niobium or tantalum taken in stoichiometric ratio, are thermally treated during solid-phase synthesis before mixing, this mixture is sintered at temperature amounting to 92-94% of temperature of synthesis of corresponding monocrystals in the course of 4 hours. EFFECT: development of economically profitable process of preparation of mixture in compact rational form ( profiled pellets ) to grow high-quality monocrystals of gallosilicates utilized in piezotechnology. 1 tbl
