Summary: | FIELD: mixing equipment; applicable in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries for processes of dispersion, homogenization, pasteurization and sterilization of liquid media, and also in conduction of sonochemical reactions within ultrasound frequency band. SUBSTANCE: rotary pulsating apparatus has stepped shaft connected by means of its internal surface of rear end to shaft of combined electric motor and rigidly secured to it by flexible clamps belonging to shaft. Adapter of right-hand stator section has cavity accommodating seal to which washing agent is supplied and withdrawn by means of channels and pipe elbows located on internal end surface of conical spacer, and interconnected by pipelines running through holes in conical spacer with distributing block. Besides, conical spacer lower part has drain hole for accidentally soaked-through treated fluid medium, and its upper part has hole ensuring access to screw for tightening of flexible clamp of shaft. Cavity located behind seal is drained by channel made in conical spacer lower part ending in turning elbow located inside conical spacer on its end surface, and communicated by pipeline with distributing block secured to flange of conical spacer from outside of it. Scroll is provided with two pipe unions for supply of washing agent to internal cavity. Pipe unions are located in cavity upper part on wall between outlet branch pipe and noise-suppressing casing. In addition, scroll has load-bearing belt forming annular cavity filled with sound-reducing material. EFFECT: reduced expenses for maintenance of apparatus due to absence of lubrication and bearings in apparatus. 4 cl, 6 dwg |
