Summary:FIELD: ammunition. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to artillery projectiles comprising several compartments or blocks joined one to another. Projectile has first part with first end section, second part with second end section leaned against first part and joining members with centering parts to ensure alignment of first two parts. Contact surfaces of end sections of parts of artillery projectile have spherical shape and are fixed one relative to another by radial screws which axes are directed along normal to spherical contact surface. Radial groove is formed in internal contact surface of first end section, ring of rectangular cross-section made of elastic material, predominantly of rubber, with stepped internal surface is installed in it. Smaller diameter of internal surface of ring is located on side of second end section and inclined surface bordering on spherical surface of second end section is formed on face of smaller step of ring. EFFECT: increased reliability thanks to reduction of loads effecting end sections of parts of artillery projectile at point of their integration by enlargement of contact area with use of spherical surface and insertion of damping member. 2 dwg
