Summary: | powder materials. SUBSTANCE: invention claims friction powder iron-base material comprising copper, carbon, sulfur, asbestos where manganese, phosphorus, chrome, nickel, molybdenum, titanium, vanadium, silicon carbide and calcium fluoride are added additionally in the following ratio of components, wt.%: copper, 6.0-8.0; carbon, 9.5-11.5; sulfur, 0.01-0.07; silicon, 2.5-2.9; asbestos, 4.0-6.0; manganese, 0.1-0.16; phosphorus, 0.1-0.13; chrome, 0.01-0.05; nickel, 0.01-0.04; molybdenum, 0.02-0.06; titanium, 0.01-0.04; silicon carbide, 3.0-5.0; calcium fluoride, 5.0-7.0; iron, the balance. Invention provides development of friction powder material showing enhanced tribotechnical indices (friction coefficient, wear resistance) providing working capacity and safety of friction members and articles. Invention can be used for preparing friction members of mechanisms and machines. EFFECT: enhanced and valuable properties and indices. 1 cl, 1 tbl |
