Summary: | recovery of medium-activity liquid wastes of nuclear power facilities, radiochemical enterprises, and nuclear research centers. SUBSTANCE: pH value of solution of liquid radioactive wastes having medium salt content is brought to 8-12, total salt content of inorganic and organic materials is reduced to not over 25 g/l, spent fractions of natural sorbent are introduced in prepared solution of liquid radioactive wastes, and radionuclides are sorbed by mixing mentioned solution with sorbent. Then radioactive sorbent obtained is separated from solution by passing the latter under pressure through ultrapore or micropore filter with chemical plasma coating, sorbent is discharged to storage device and case hardened to geo-cement stone state. EFFECT: simplified process, reduced cost, facilitated handling of water-salt solutions. 10 cl |
