Summary:containers for transportation and storage of spin-polarized gases. SUBSTANCE: container 1 has pole shoes 10.1, 10.2 disposed along container axis S in parallel opposition to each other that function to ensure desired homogeneity of magnetic field and magnetic shielding yoke 2 placed about pole shoes. Pole shoes and yoke surround space of magnetic chamber 26. In addition container has magnetic field sources 2.4, 2.5 arranged about container axis at certain distance from the latter so that highly homogeneous magnetic field B0 oriented towards mentioned axis is built up within chamber which has internal useful space wherein ratio of magnetic-field gradient in direction perpendicular with respect to axis to intensity of this magnetic field B0 is not over 1,5x10-3 Oe/cm. Container is distinguished by low weight-to-volume ratio. EFFECT: reduced cost of container well suited to handle polarized gases. 47 cl, 10 dwg
