Glycosamines are partially eliminated from fiber fascicles to achieve residual contents of greater than or equal to 50%. Donor tissue distinguished by predominating contents of gyaluronic acid in extracellular matrix is used in the biological material for repairing dense connective tissue. Donor tissue distinguished by low contents of gyaluronic acid in extracellular matrix is used in the biological material for repairing loose connective tissue. Donor tissue distinguished by predominating contents of heparan sulfate is used in the biological material for repairing epithelial tissue. Donor tissue distinguished by predominating contents of chondroitin sulfate is used in the biological material for forming regenerate reach in blood vessels. Dispersed form crushed to powder condition is applied for repairing fibrous and degenerative dystrophic changes in tissues. Complex anatomical defects are repaired with combined donor tissues differing in proportions and geometric shapes.
