Raw material mixture contains the following ratio of components, wt. %: plaster of Paris, 15.2-53.0; polyurethane foam crumb, 1.5-4.2; ground limestone, 17.0-37.0; fluffed-up cellulose, 1,6-4.2; water, the balance.
