Kidney rotation is eliminated by drawing the lower net leaf. The net edge is attached to transverse fascia at the level of the tenth rib. The upper leaf of the split flap is attached to transverse fascia at the level of the twelfth rib. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative injuries. 3 dwg
