Flesh stripping cutter is arranged concentrically with respect to one of cylinders. Cylinders are provided with single-sided radial through slot having length equal to cylinder working stroke. Ejectors are inserted into internal cavity of cylinders. Plated epiphysis cutting knife with continuous V-shaped cutting edge is fixed to first cylinder casing. Cylinder is equipped with shear member having rectilinear continuous cutting edge. EFFECT: simplified construction and improved sanitary treatment of apparatus. 3 cl, 7 dwg
