Rack locking and trailable mechanism incorporates lock body wherein two cams are secured on pins in two separate planes to form, together with body and rack, integral movable structure; it also has pusher mounted for displacement along guide and closely coupled with rocking boll and screw pair nut provided with frictional travel limiters and flexible stop; all these components are coupled with round-section rack. Electric switch machine has also servo system depending for its operation on independent control of points and mechanism. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced safety of train movement. 2 cl, 6 dwg
