METHOD OF DEMERCAPTANIZATION OF KEROSENE FRACTIONS
petroleum processing industry. SUBSTANCE: demercaptanization of kerosene fractions is carried out by heating a mixture to 150-250 C containing the parent raw and hydrocarbon gas where content of H2 is 4-20 wt.-% in the ratio 5:50 nm3/m3. Then this mixture is contacted under pressure 0.1-0.5 MPa with...

Summary: | petroleum processing industry. SUBSTANCE: demercaptanization of kerosene fractions is carried out by heating a mixture to 150-250 C containing the parent raw and hydrocarbon gas where content of H2 is 4-20 wt.-% in the ratio 5:50 nm3/m3. Then this mixture is contacted under pressure 0.1-0.5 MPa with the catalyst containing metal oxides of 6 and 8 groups of periodic system of elements. Before raw feeding the catalyst is treated preliminary with solution containing 0.5-1.0 wt.-% of polysulfides in kerosene fraction at 150-250 C under pressure 0.1-0.3 MPa for 12-48 h and feeding hydrocarbon gas where content of H2 is 4-20 wt.-% and kerosene fraction 10 nm3/m3, not less. EFFECT: simplified technology of purification of kerosene fraction from mercaptans. 4 ex |
