Summary:rocket fuels. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of charge utilizing jet molding of fuel mass on continuous screw-discharge plant, maintaining temperature of fuel mass in screw during formation by feeding heat carrier into screw housing, grouping charges for hardening, and hardening of charges. Charge for rocket engine casing is formed at fuel mass temperature by 10-20 C below hardening temperature. Formed charge is maintained with working screw during 120-420 s, while simultaneously cooling fuel mass in screw by feeding heat carrier into screw housing at temperature 5-20 C, and fuel mass is then cut off at pressure in rocket engine casing equal to 0.5 to 2.0 MPa. In grouping operation, charge is thermostatically controlled at heat carrier temperature by 2-5 C higher than formation temperature. Thermostatic control time is limited by time during which fuel mass achieves 20% degree of hardening and charge is hardened at 65- 85 C and pressure in rocket fuel engine between 1.5 and 6.0 MPa. EFFECT: improved quality of product concerning monolithic character, improved safety of process, and reduced labor inputs. 5 dwg, 3 tbl
