Alloy has the following chemical composition, wt.-%: carbon, 0.01-0.08; chrome, 14.0-20.0; molybdenum, 3.0-6.0; titanium, 0.1-1.0; aluminium, 0.5- 2.0; niobium, 3.5-5.5; vanadium, 0.3-0.8; iron, 12.0-16.0; copper, 0.05-1.0; manganese, 0.1-0.7; zirconium, 0.01-0.3; cerium, 0.001-0.02; lanthanum, 0.001-0.01; silicon, 0.1-0.7; nitrogen, 0.01-0.1; nickel, the balance. Alloy provides enhancement of technological strength of closing ring seams of cast- welded and stamped-welded constructions. EFFECT: improved properties of alloy, enhanced exploitation safety and resource of energy units. 2 tbl
