SUBSTANCE: generator has photoelectric cathode and grid anode both connected to voltage supply, and also pulsed or pulsed-periodic laser; novelty is that generator is provided with mirror in the form of paraboloid of revolution, that photoelectric cathode has opening to admit laser beam, anode is made in the form of paraboloid of revolution, and mirror is installed inside anode paraboloid coaxially and in focus with the latter.
