Summary: | utilization of military equipment and ammunition, more particularly utilization of charges of solid rocket fuels containing mixture of ammonium ditramide and ammonium perchlorate as inorganic oxidizer. SUBSTANCE: solid fuel charge is destructed by hydrocavitation in rocket engine body and oxidizers are leached to prepare solid phase suspension in aqueous solution of mixture of oxidizers, solid phase is separated from aqueous solution of mixture of oxidizers, aqueous solution is concentrated to prepare mixture of two oxidizers, and desired product is extracted using selective organic solvent.
