Summary:biotechnology, veterinary science, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of the following antigens: inactivated concentrated cultures of strains Eryipelotrix insidiosa N 1689 of subtype 1a and N 1329 of subtype 1b (serotype A) in the amount 1500-2270 billion cells and living concentrated culture of strain N 1933 of subtype 2a (serotype B) in the amount 525-905 billion cells. For development of grund-immunity bullocks are injected subcutaneously in different body parts with inactivated concentrated antigen (serotype A) in the dose 10-15 billion cells and living concentrated antigen (serotype B) in the dose 2-3 billion cells and repeatedly in 21 days in the dose 20-25 billion cells and 5-7 billion cells, respectively. Hyperimmunization is carried out with inactivated concentrated antigen (serotype A) and living concentrated antigen (serotype B) by 8-10-fold with interval for 3-4 days. EFFECT: enhanced activity of end product, decreased process time, simplified process. 2 tbl, 5 ex
