To do it, patients are subjected to examination to determine prostate lobe growth mode, prostate mass, degree of prostate sclerosing, mean urination volume discharge rate, maximum detrusor muscle contraction power and organism response to laser action. Optimum laser radiation exposure dose is calculated from formula N=Nmax x (1) x (2) x (3) x ((4)+(5)+(6)), using the obtained values.
