Cold junction is immersed by depth with stable low temperature. Hot junction is placed under water surface or near its boundary. Electrodes through insulators are locally moved along zone of dissolving construction. Thermocouple bundles are connected with electrode by means of two ring halves. Blades are secured to outer surface of ring halves with inclination angle 45 degrees.
