SUBSTANCE: apparatus is provided with coaxial cylinders with flow-through passages of stator which are made in form separate sections mounted at spaced relation to each other and rigidly secured on end face of stator disk by means of supporting pads; they are mounted at spaced relation to stator disk in remaining part. Number of coaxial cylinders of stator is equal to or multiple of number of units of stator disk vibrating in fan-type pattern. Points of attachment of these sections to stator disk coincide with unit of these vibrations. Sections of coaxial cylinders with flow-through passages of stator are made from wear-resistant solid material and stator disk is made from titanium or titanium alloys. EFFECT: enhanced intensity of acoustic treatment of fluid medium on side of stator; enhanced wear resistance of coaxial cylinders with flow-through passages of stator; possibility of replacing worn sections of stator only. 2 cl, 6 dwg
