Summary: | lubricants. SUBSTANCE: filler for lubrication systems, in particular in diesel and carburetor engines, is based on superfine copper-nickel-phosphorus alloy powder, which is mixed with oligoorganoelementosilazane of formula {[(CH3)2SiNH][CH3Si(NH)1,5]3}n[(C4H9O)Ti2O4P(OC4H9)]m, in which n= 60-100 and m=3-5, to give mixture that is heated to 115-125 C. One wt. pt of this filler is then mixed with at least 5 wt.pts of liquid carrier so that final additive contains, wt. %: copper, 70-80; nickel, 17-27; phosphorus, 0.15-0.20; and silazane compound, 2.5-3.0.
