Moisture-proof material has tightly interfastened outer heat-reflecting moisture-proof layer with low emissivity factor in form of metallized polymeric film or metal foil, intermediate heat insulating reinforcement layer made of natural inorganic fiber or chemical inorganic fiber and/or thread and inner moisture-proof layer in form of polymeric film. Tight adhesion of layers is provided by their connection of drum-type vulcanizer and glue spreader. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption for production and consumption of cold, reduced losses on drying. 1 dwg
