Summary:medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing reflex segment zones at the level of C2-T1, T10-L2 and lesion foci to polychromatic polarized light radiation of 450-2500 nm wavelength in paravertebral zones to the left and right of spinous processes of the vertebral column. The radiator is set at a distance of 5-15 cm from skin surface. Exposure time is 1-4 min on every field. Total procedure duration is 4-24 min. Irradiation is carried out until warmth feeling is achieved. The course is 8-12 daily procedures long. EFFECT: relieved acute state; reduced pruritus; excluded adverse influence upon vision system and photodynamic effects.
