SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flywheel with pair of weights designed for transmission of torque or and compensation for vibrations arising in vehicle transmissions at rotation. Flywheel has two coaxially mounted weights installed with limited angular rotation relative to each other and number of levers coupled with two above-indicated weights. Each lever has first link connected through axle of rotation with one weight of flywheel and second link connected through axle of rotation to other weight, both links being interconnected by axle or rotation. Axial connection of at least one link with corresponding weight includes flexible link to decrease relative rotation of indicated flywheel weights. EFFECT: enlarged family of existing flywheels. 34 cl, 20 dwg
