Summary: | processing of finely dispersed potassium chloride resulting from production of potassium fertilizers from sylvinite ores. SUBSTANCE: method comprises dissolving finely dispersed potassium chloride in water to produce suspension and subsequently drying the suspension at L:S ratio of 0.7-1.5 in fluidized bed apparatus at 110-135 C. Drying of suspension is carried out in combination with filtered potassium, and fraction of suspension in material to be dried varies from 10 to 90%. Suspension is prepared used water or in potassium chloride solution formed in wet gas purification system of the same apparatus. Method also involves using cyclone dust formed in fluidized bed apparatus during simultaneous dehydration of filtered potassium chloride and suspension. EFFECT: simplified process for preparing potassium chloride having improved physico-mechanical properties and reduced content of finely dispersed classes. 3 cl, 3 ex, 1 tbl |
