Summary:manufacture of tubular products of composite materials. SUBSTANCE: threads of composite material are fed to a bath for impregnation with binder, one layer of threads of longitudinal orientation and one layer of transverse orientation are successively wound on a mandrel rotating around its axis. Then, one layer of threads of transverse orientation is wound and polymerized. Before threads are fed to the bath for impregnation with binder they are subjected to drying and preheating. At winding first accomplished is placement of one continuous layer of threads of transverse orientation on the mandrel. At placement of threads of longitudinal orientation simultaneous pressing of each thread over the entire length by threads of transverse orientation is accomplished, which are wound uniformly with a pitch equal to 0.2 to 0.35 of the length of threads of longitudinal orientation. The last layer of threads of transverse orientation is made up of one or several continuous layers. The device for manufacture of tubular products of composite materials by winding method has an assembly for feeding the treads of composite materials, bath with binder, appliance for winding of threads of transverse and longitudinal orientations. The device has a mandrel rotating around its axis, built up of an even number of sector strips, mechanism of reciprocal motion of the mandrel for synchronous movement of diametrically opposite sector strips, and a polymerization chamber. A drier-preheater is installed before the bath with binder for heating the threads to a temperature making up 0.7 to 0.8 of the temperature of binder in the bath. The diametrically opposite sector strips are rigidly interconnected. EFFECT: enhanced quality of tubular product, prevented effect of flexural strains and expanded functional capabilities of tubular product. 4 cl, 2 dwg
