Upper part of each water discharge branch pipe is positioned in vessel, and this part is provided with openings, with total area of openings not exceeding water discharge branch pipe section area. System allows lands having portions with different kinds of soil to be uniformly irrigated. Moreover, excessive water consumption is eliminated.
