SUBSTANCE: bakery oven has baking chamber with two tunnel decks, each comprising steam wetting zone and independent heating system with heating device and recirculation fan, grid-type conveyor bottom, and heating system. The latter has combustion chamber and mixing chamber, upper front and rear heat-transmitting channels and lower front and rear heat-transmitting channels with upper and lower distributing collectors, recirculation fan, supplying and discharge gas conduits. Supplying gas conduit of one deck is disposed opposite supplying gas conduit of other deck, discharge gas conduit of each deck is disposed opposite supplying gas conduit. EFFECT: increased precision of regulating the intensity of heat supplied to baking chamber and improved quality and wider range of bakery products. 9 cl, 5 dwg
