Summary: | FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing mono-, di-, and triaminomethylated phenol derivatives that can be used as epoxide resin hardeners and precursors of polymer material stabilizers and additives. These derivatives are prepared by interaction of phenol with aminomethylation agent (mixture of N,N'-tetramethylene-bis-amine with formaldehyde) in organic solvent at 65-130 C for 0.5 to 1.0 h, molar ratio of phenol, bis-amine, and formaldehyde being 1.0:(0.6-1.6):(0.5- 1.5), respectively. EFFECT: reduced process duration, increased yield of desired product, and enabled formation of desired composition of Mannich bases. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
