Summary: | FIELD: mechanical engineering; compression ignition engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed system has injecting device installed in engine cylinder block head and consisting of three rings. Inner and outer rings are fixed in cylinder head, and middle ring is installed for movement relative to two other rings by means of pivot of shutoff needle at one side and spring at other side. Nozzle orifices are made on inner ring so that their axes are square to engine cylinder axis and intersect in pairs at a certain distance from inner wall. Radial channels made in middle movable ring coincide with nozzle orifices of inner fixed ring. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of engine working process owing to injecting of fuel to center of combustion chamber by colliding jet method, simplified design of fuel devices. 1 dwg |
