Summary:FIELD: oil-producing industry; applicable in gathering and treatment of oil and water at oil fields and refineries. SUBSTANCE: tank is provided with devices for introduction of fluid and withdrawal of oil and water from tank to create optimal conditions inside tank for separation of oil and water and their withdrawal with efficient heating of oil part only. Fluid distributor is located along axis of tank at oil-water boundary and made in the form of cyclone head with cap. Oil is withdrawn by stand of pipes with open upper ends. Pipes are distributed uniformly and symmetrically over section. Pipe system for introduction of hot oil is installed at oil-water boundary. EFFECT: reduced consumption of reagent, heat, power, labor input in oil preparation. 1 dwg
