SUBSTANCE: turbo-expander 4 combined in shaft with a gas-turbine plant operates on high-pressure air fed from self-contained air compressor 5. Air cooled down as compared with atmospheric air past turbo-expander 4 is fed to inlet 3 of the air compressor of gas-turbine plant 1. Powers of gas- turbine plant 1 and turbo-expander 4 are transmitted to electric generator 3, and high-pressure air heat - to system 8 through heat exchanger 6.
