Summary: | FIELD: powder and nonferrous metallurgy; applicable in electrodeposition, production of catalysts, etc. SUBSTANCE: method includes deposition of nickel (II) by dispersed aluminum with particles sizing 2-250 mcm at pH 12.0-13.0 in presence of aqua ammonia and with nickel:aluminum:aqua ammonia molar ratio of 1:(1-2.5):(15-50), respectively; washing and drying of precipitate. Method allows production of nickel powders from spent industrial aqueous solutions with wide range of nickel (II) ion concentration of 10-3 - 1.0 mole/l for 25-60 min. Purity of nickel produced by the method amounts to 98-99%. EFFECT: improved ecological conditions due to reduction of content of nickel (II) in sewage waters down to maximum permissible concentration. 1 tbl, 4 ex |
