Summary:FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises cohydrolyzing phenyl trichlorosilane and alpha,sigma--bis- chlorosililoligodimethylsiloxane in organic solvent and subsequently treating neutral cohydrolysate in two stages with organic amines in amount of 0.5-5 wt % per polymer. After primary treatment, reaction mixture is concentrated to 30-50 wt % of solution. Concentrated solutions of such block copolymers are useful for forming high- strength film coatings.
