FIELD: textile industry; precision winding of thread on package . SUBSTANCE: relationship between basic parameters of device and preset parameters of winding thread on package are so selected that centers of axes of revolving thread carriers are located in one line parallel to axis of rotation of package. Each axis is shifted relative to center of symmetry of height of winding of package by magnitude equal to 0.021 to 0.025 of package winding height. Radius of guide plate having curvilinear surface ranges from 1.023 to 1.027 of package winding height. Center of radius of guide plate having curvilinear surface is located at distance from line centers of axes of revolving thread carriers lie by 0.35 of package winding height; it lies in line of symmetry of package winding height. Two guide dampers are so positioned that angle of crossing of working surface of guide damper with axis of rotation of package should be equal to 30 deg. Besides that, guide thread dampers are provided at point where thread is transferred from one thread carrier to other thread carrier; working surfaces of these dampers have form of open shaped slot with radius not exceeding 3 mm, thus making it possible to check motion of thread in area it is transferred from working edge of one thread carrier to working edge of other thread carrier in extreme points of laying and to damped vibration of thread in areas where it is transferred from one thread carrier to other thread carrier. EFFECT: improved quality of package; increased rate of laying-out thread on revolving body in rewinding. 2 cl, 10 dwg
