Summary: | FIELD: construction machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: setup is intended for construction of pile foundations from water surface. Pile driver setup has two pile drivers mounted on pneumatic-tyre chassis. Both pile drivers are installed on scow which is made up of pontoons located in parallel to each other and are interconnected by means of beams with possible displacement relative to each other. Each of pile drivers includes platform with turning cantilevers, pneumatic-tyre chassis, and mast with mechanisms for incline and extension, and hammer. Pile drivers are installed on pontoons and can move longitudinally along their sides by means of carriages, and they are held from tipping down by gripping devices. Each gripping device is made in the form of vertical removable rod with roller on its lower end. Roller can run longitudinally over lower surface of guide beam attached to side surface of sideboards of each pontoon. Spacing between pontoons is adjustable by bringing beams together or away from each other by means of turnbuckles. Each pile driver is provided with mechanism for moving on pontoons. Description of invention presents specific features of this mechanism. Aforesaid embodiment of pile driver setup is of high productive capacity and wide operating potentialities due to improved mechanisms for moving pile drivers on pontoons, accelerated bringing pontoons on scow together and away from each other, reduced time of setting jig with layout of piles in position, application of collapsible ramps which permit pile drivers to drive piles on isle sites. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 8 dwg |
