Summary:FIELD: medicine, namely surgery. SUBSTANCE: proposed facility is based on film obtained from allogenous serous membranes of for example peritoneum or pleura. Prepared tissues are subjected to mechanical treatment. They are cleaned and washed in flowing water for 5 min. Then they are cut into pieces measuring 5x10 cm and spread on even surface. Further on, mixture is obtained from fibrinogen, dispersed allotransplant, series "Alloplant", and 5-per cent solution of aminocapronic acid taken in relation of 1:1:10. Obtained mixture is applied on serous membrane surface. Then it is frozen in low-temperature chamber and dried under vacuum till constant weight is obtained. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 ex
