SUBSTANCE: the valve comprises a body with pressure and vacuum seals and a fire safety device. The seals are made as units composed of a branch pipe with a flange and plate. The plates are kept in the closed position by means of springs and furnish with additional small by-pass gates. The fire safety devices are installed on the external side of the valve seals.
