Summary: | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making survey laparoscopy examination to determine point of endosuture projection over abdominal wall. Imaginary axis is drawn through the place where endosuture is to be put in along the prospective suture surface line to build its projection over abdominal wall. Abdomen semicircle is measured between posterior axillary lines in horizontal plane drawn over the endosuture projection points. Distance M from the endosuture projection point to the place trocar is to be set and needle holder is to be introduced. To set trocar and introduce supplementary needle holder, it is sufficient to draw imaginary axis on the anterior abdominal wall over the endosuture projection point at an angle of 30-60 deg to the axis of the sutured surfaces projected over the abdominal wall and to measure the distance of M on the axis. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in putting in endosuture; prevented postoperative complications. 5 dwg |
