Summary:FIELD: biochemistry, more particularly preparation of concentrate of coagulating proteins from whole human or animal plasma used as biological adhesive. SUBSTANCE: concentrated proteins comprise predominantly fibrinogen stabilizing fibrin factor (factor XIII) and fibronectin. Method does not take much time to accomplish, does not require addition of protease inhibitor, gives excellent yield of proteins to be coagulated, involves stags of separation by "salting out" in the presence of amine-6- hexanic acid which prevents co-precipitation of plasminogen with desired proteins to by coagulated. The resulting proteins are very stable after reconstituting in water for at least 24 hours at room temperature or at body temperature. After being mixed with thrombin and calcium, this biological adhesive shows superior adhesive strength and biocompatibility. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 15 cl, 2 ex
