Summary:FIELD: thermoelectric instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric module is manufactured from alternating n and p elements with insulating elements placed in- between; insulating elements are produced by using powder metallurgy technique and semiconductor elements are provided with at least one collar whose height corresponds to thickness of insulating element; n and p elements are connected in series so that collars of semiconductor element of one polarity of conductivity come in contact with side surface of semiconductor element of other polarity of conductivity and that insulating elements between them are bounded by collar; multilayer structure thus obtained is placed in hemisphere whereupon it is subjected to heat treatment under specific conditions. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture due to dispensing with manual operations; reduced cost. 1 dwg
