Summary:FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates heat exchanging register for preliminary heating of atmospheric air, air heaters, draft inducers, temperature sensors, mixing chambers, and atmospheric air proportioning regulators. Heat exchanging register is connected with heating heat exchanger according to double-circuit system. First system is open. Second system is closed. it accommodates feeding heat exchanger and receives heat from smoke gasses of boiler house. Device is provided with corresponding appliances for adjustment of delivered amount of atmospheric air. Given in description of invention is calculating formula for determining total area of cross-sectional dimensions of inputs from heat exchanging register intended for delivery of heated air. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device ensures reliable heating of supplied air with creation of favorable microclimate in air preparation premises and normal functioning at outside temperature down to -50 C and even lower.
