Summary:FIELD: virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing high-effective freeze-dried vaccine from the strain La-Sota against Newcastle disease virus for prophylactic immunization of hens and chickens in poultry breeding. Method involves drying the parent product from allantois fluid with biological stabilizing agent (lactose) followed by dispersing and stereoprotection of the dried preparation in the presence of physical stabilizing agent. This provides preparing the high-dispersed biopreparation of aggregating stability that can be stored for 18 months at 4 2 C. Biopreparation shows high thermostability at 37-40 C for 7 days. Preparation can be given to poultry with food that ensures to mechanize this method of using. Also, vaccine "Univac-NB" shows high effectiveness at vaccination of poultry by all methods. EFFECT: improved method of vaccine preparing, enhanced effectiveness of vaccine. 5 tbl/
