Summary: | FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: mixture of powders of copper, oxide-forming and carbide-forming metals and carbon are subjected to grinding in attritor in air atmosphere for 60-80 min with attritor rotor rotation speed of 600-700 rpm and ratio of weight of tumbling balls to weight of powder mixture amounting to (15-25):1. Obtained mixture is subjected to cold compaction into briquettes up to relative density of 70-80%, then briquettes are heated up to 750-850 C with holding at this temperature for 0.8-1.2 min for each millimeter of briquette diameter, and subjected to heat deformation treatment by hot extrusion of briquettes with temperature of their heating to obtain drawing factor of 10-25. EFFECT: simplified process and higher temperature of article recrystallization. 7 dwg, 4 tblr |
