Inventive novelty of method resides in the following: low-frequency pulsation is applied to process flows of reactants; neutralization step is carried out in counter-current mode and with highly turbulized process flows; portion of slurry flow is circulated; feedstock slurry and circulated slurry flow are admitted into neutralization zone in dispersed state.
